About
Born in Brittany, France. Taught by hands, then by breath.
Twenty years of bodywork, two 200-hour yoga trainings in India, and one conviction: we are all eternal students.
Born in Brittany, France, I have always believed in the profound power of human connection. For as long as I can remember, the sense of touch has been my medium to calm, reassure, and restore balance — both physically and mentally.
After exploring various industries, I chose to align my career with this lifelong calling and become a professional massage therapist. I refined my craft in one of Rennes' premier salons (France), training under seven master therapists to learn their unique signature techniques. In 2015, I brought this expertise to the UK and established my own practice.
The evolution
Massage meets yoga.
My journey into yoga began unexpectedly during a massage retreat. What started as a physical workout quickly became a passion that revolutionised my health and my approach to bodywork. Feeling a responsibility to share these benefits, I travelled to India to study at the Diya Yoga School, where I earned my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification.
Upon returning to the UK, I honed my teaching style at Brewer Street Yoga in London. Driven by the belief that we are all eternal students, I returned to India in 2023 to retake my 200-hour certification — deepening my mastery of the traditional roots of the practice.
Today, I integrate these two worlds to help my clients find relief, relaxation, and a deeper connection to their own wellbeing.
